Leah & Alison make a remarkable team. Both Hatha Yoga teachers, with specialties (in Alignment, Vinyasa,Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Energy Release, Singing) they compliment in such a way that they can offer a well rounded and personalized yoga intensive for all participants.
These two senior teachers who met at De Nieuwe Yoga School in Amsterdam: Sun-Moon, Yang-Yin, American -British,:their mutual admiration and friendship create a combination of vibrance, softness, care, humor and personal attention that is contagious. Whether you are, an experienced yoga practitioner or someone who wants to learn the yoga fundamentals, we are sure that you will feel your positive energy flowing again by the end of the retreat week.

The daily schedule will vary according to the needs and experience of the group but we will include both active and relaxing yoga practices to deepen your practice For more experienced yogis, we will make time for mastering more “advanced” yoga poses such as headstand, handstand and arm balances as well as introducing some yoga philosophy and working on poses together with a partner.
What you can expect
We will guide you in a varied yoga program with pranayama and yoga flow in the morning sessions and yin, restorative, meditation and yoga nidra in the afternoon and evenings
The daily schedule will include both active and relaxing yoga, some days a yoga playground, meditation and pranayama as well a introducing some yoga philosophy and sharing experiences with partners
All activities are optional as long as YOU are able to retreat from your normal life
